Terms

First order

$100 minimum; receive 10% off over $200 not including shipping (not including jewelry); prepaid by check, money order, wire transfer or via PayPal/credit card. (Direct payments can be made via www.paypal.com to sales@wow-imports.com) Allow 7 days for check clearance.

Subsequent orders

$50 minimum; net 30 days from date of shipment with credit references and/or approval.

Return policy

Return authorization must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods and goods must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in their original, individual packaging, where applicable and in saleable condition. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping will not be reimbursed.

Damaged or defective goods must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt. Damage can occur in transit. Damaged goods must be promptly reported to the shipper as well. Save all packing material. If there is visible damage to a box please notify the driver and make sure it is noted before signing. Once the damage has been properly reported and the item returned, if required, we will credit your account (and, if requested, send a replacement with the next order or if needed, we’ll resend right away) or remove the item from the invoice (if net 30). If return of damaged goods is requested, this should be done once shipper has completed their inspection, if applicable.

Missing goods

A missing box or discrepancies between the shipped contents and the enclosed invoice must be reported to Wow! Imports within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Backorders

Prior to shipping we will inform a customer if any items ordered are not in stock and give a general idea when we expect to have them available. Backordered items can be shipped separately or with a subsequent order. Payment for backordered items will be net30 from actual shipping date for approved accounts.

Late payment

Payment not received within 30 days of shipping date will incur a flat late fee of 5% and we reserve the right to suspend or limit credit. Reinstatement of credit or of the original credit line is solely at our discretion. Returned checks will incur a $30 fee. All costs and fees incurred in collecting of overdue accounts will be charged to the customer.

General

Discounts offered on the website are for retails sales only.

Items that come in various colors are sold as assorted if an option is not provided to choose specific colors. We will generally send an assortment, depending on available inventory, unless specific colors are requested and in stock.

We accept custom orders. Items can be ordered in your choice of color scheme and we can even design new beaded animals or key chains for you with a minimum order of 10 animals or 50 key chains. These orders can be shipped direct from Africa to you or be included in our shipments. 50% will be required upon ordering and the balance paid prior to shipping from Africa.

Please note that special orders are non returnable unless received damaged or not made according to the approved sample and brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt.
