Silver name necklaces
- 10 letter max.
- 1 word max.
- 2 capitals max.
- Double the above for our 2 name necklaces.
- Names/words that are more than 7 letters must be 1.2mm thickness.
- 1.2mm thickness is recommended for all name pendants.
Gold name necklaces
- 8 letter max
- 1 word max
- 1 capital max
- Double the above for our 2 name necklaces
- 5mm minimum thickness recommended for all name pendants .6mm or .8mm thickness is suggested for names/words more than 7 letters.
Extra letters, up to 10 letters for a single name necklace and additional capital letters can be purchased. Please contact us.

Shipping
Standard shipping is included in the price of each name necklace.
US orders:
Name necklaces are handmade in Israel and expressed to our Milwaukee location where they are promptly shipped with 1st Class mail. You will receive an order status update e-mail confirming that your name necklace is being shipped and from that point you should expect delivery in 2-5 days so name necklaces should be received within 14-18 days of purchase..
Non US orders:
Name necklaces are handmade and shipped from Israel by registered mail. Please allow 2-1/2 - 3 weeks for delivery from date of purchase.
Express shipping option for US and non US orders:
Express shipping direct from Israel is available on each individual name necklace page and is delivered by your country's postal service. You will receive an order status update e-mail once shipped and the tracking number will be included. You can track your package via your country's postal service website. Express to the US is an additional $21.95 and takes 5-12 days and elsewhere is $24.95 and takes 6-14 days from date of purchase.
Holidays in Israel or your country or border control-customs can affect the expected delivery date. Please see the top of the homepage for holiday order deadlines and delivery delay updates due to holidays or vacations.
