Bear in mind that the previewer is to give you a general idea how your name will look as a nameplate. When made into a nameplate there will be some variation from the printed version as letters must be attached and in a manner that the connections will be sturdy so the connection may be thicker than in print or there may be more connections than in print. These are not considered faults.
For monograms, the previewer is to show you what the letters look like as standard letters and not how they will connect or appear in the monogram shape.
