African Bead & Wire Art

Our team of highly skilled South African craftspeople individually handcrafts our African bead and wire art. All wire used for the various African beaded wire art below is galvanized to ensure it will never tarnish or rust! For the highest quality and everlasting shine, only glass beads are used expect in a few pieces in which some larger plastic beads are required.

We inspect each piece to ensure that it meets our strict standards and closely matches the authorized model. All pieces are ensured to be free of flaws and any sharp or rough edges. Each standing piece must stand firmly, although please note that shipped pieces may arrive slightly wobbly and can be corrected with a simple adjustment. You can also carefully and slightly adjust the wire frame into the position of your desire.

We accept custom orders and can make just about anything in any size and volume!

Our beaded wire wrapped flatware and beaded wire wrapped serving utensils, popularly referred to as beaded cutlery in Africa, are made from quality stainless steel, double galvanized wire and glass beads and we recommend hand washing in hot water rather than in a dishwasher.

Our most popular beaded wire wrapped flatware and servingware designs are the beaded zigzag design and our new, large bead straight line design made by another crafter in Kwazulu Natal, Durban, South Africa. New beaded wire wrapped serving pieces are occasionally introduced depending on availability and interest.
